We are a unique career development firm, with a particular focus on working with Attorneys and Law firms. We treat each attorney-client as an individual with specific needs, goals and objectives. Our mission is to provide each client firm with a competitive advantage by enhancing the leadership and talent within their organization. We succeed at this mission by providing pragmatic, customized; consulting that is focused on the individual needs of attorneys, practice group heads and leaders.

Our HPi methodology ensures that every attorney client increases their self-awareness, acquires and/or improves essential behaviors and augments critical skills, needed to be successful, whether in a new leadership role or in searching for a new position. And, HPi utilizes the contacts acquired over ten years of service to the legal community, introducing clients to HPi alumni, recruiters, corporate contacts and search firms. Additionally, as the Midwest OI Partner, HPi can provide the same customized services through a network of over 105 offices in North America.

OUTCOME :
We are well positioned to customize all services to fit each client’s specific needs, whether the focus is leveraging skills to move into a partnership role, in-house counsel, government, or a new business. With a coaching team comprised of four attorneys and J.D.’s, the HPi consulting staff have unparalleled experience in working with attorneys and law firms. We have pioneered talent management services for the Chicagoland legal community and through our OI Partners network, we are now able to deliver customized consulting for attorneys and law firms in 31 states and Canada.
